We are pleased to share with you ACHE MN president Kathy Zavaleta’s recently published article in the Journal of Healthcare Management on the “Characteristics of Successful Health Alliance Strategies” where she emphasizes the importance of rural health alliances and the necessary investments for implementation of telehealth to bridge the gap to accessible care. Further, Sally Buck, ACHE MN Board Member and chief executive officer of the National Rural Health Resource Center reports that projections post pandemic indicate that there must be attention paid to rural health vulnerabilities.
