This highly engaging interprofessional course will feature speakers and content from leaders within Mayo as well as the University of Minnesota and the Minnesota Chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives. \nThe 2016 course focused on past\, present and future of administration\, the 2017 course focused on the evolving role of healthcare leaders\, and the 2018 course focused on Change Management.  The focus for 2019 is Sustainable Innovation. \nThe program is intended for administrators\, providers and students alike with core sessions on topics such as interdisciplinary leadership\, community health\, healthcare policy\, finance and human resources.
