The program will aid participants in gaining confidence and competence to identify and apply consensus-driven problem solving to address ongoing issues plaguing healthcare organization\, while simulating the chaos of managing & leading in the health sector today. \n \nOften organizational leaders are knowingly and unknowingly avoiding approaches to solving some of the most significant challenges in healthcare and medicine today and much of this has to do with not having clear consensus on one to two specific tactics to drive change.
