REDISCOVERING YOUR PURPOSE & CONNECTING WITH YOUR WHY: A Restorative, Self-Reflection Practice for Healthcare Leaders Navigating High-Stress

The wellbeing and emotional resilience of healthcare leaders and frontline workers is essential. This session is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and restore as we consider and examine where we are at – both individually and collectively. This workshop is designed to provide the space and structure to help you do just that.

WORKSHOP OVERVIEW: Experiential Elements, Discussion & Options to Go Further

  • Each participant will be guided through a “Locator Exercise” to help them identify where they are at in various aspects of their life.
  • This is a guided experience which allows the participant to truly reflect on who they are and where they are at in life, at work, at home, overall as well as where they are at and how they want to move forward.
  • After this session of guided reflection and questions, the participants able to share any surprises or “a-ha’s” that surfaced for them in this activity. They will also be invited to share what it was like for them to take this time and focus on themselves and their own constructs.
  • The workshop will conclude with a short overview of potential next steps participants can take to move ahead based on this exercise.

Options for participants to go further with coaching will also be shared and questions will be answered.

WHAT PAST PARTICIPANTS ARE SAYING . . . “What impresses me most about her coaching approach is her ability to understand what I’m saying, even when I’m not at my most articulate, and ask powerful questions that help me dig into the situations I’m facing. I’ve left each conversation feeling ready to move forward with confidence and have even noticed positive shifts in my thought patterns during the days following a session.”
