Anne Pryor, Kathy Crandall, and Risë Kasmirski co-created the Lifting Up™ Leadership model. They are business professionals with a passion for personal development, wellness, and living lives of meaning and contribution. Anne Pryor, M.A., is a nationally recognized Online Brand Strategist, LinkedIn Coach & Trainer, Future Mapper and Speaker. She leverages marketing strategy, business objectives, and online tools to help clients Look Good, Be Found and make Meaningful Business Connections. Anne creates online presence for her clients to attract and create successful business opportunities.

Anne is considered one of top 10 LinkedIn Trainers in the world and has, generated millions of dollars for her clients. She has trained more than 75,000 people since 2008 how to strategically leverage LinkedIn and other online tools. As a marketing and sales executive, formerly with Carlson, Anne created the first online wellness incentive program that was sold to Steve Case, AOL Founder and Revolution Health CEO.  She is a certified online strategist and Future Mapper. Kathleen Crandall is a nationally recognized Personal Brand expert, keynote speaker, workshop facilitator, personal brand coach and a meaningful connector of people and ideas. She is known for helping people achieve professional and personal goals through the power of their personal brand and leveraging it for business, networking and job search.

Kathleen designed the IMPACT™ Personal Brand Process, known as the most comprehensive and holistic approach to help individuals bring their brand to life consistently through their image, brand voice and the experience of knowing or working with them. She also developed a high-impact workshop to help organizations leverage employee brands to reinforce and build corporate brands.

Kathleen spent more than 20 years building corporate, product and service brands as an executive in public relations and branding for Fortune 500 and emerging businesses. Risë Kasmirski, M.A., is a Career Strategist who coaches clients to gain Clarity, Focus, and Visibility for career and business success. With a strong business and coaching background, Risë has successfully coached and trained thousands of employees, business leaders, and entrepreneurs nationwide.

Risë holds a Masters of Arts Degree in Human Development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota, and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Communicative Disorders and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin.
