Over 400 participants are expected to Reconnect. Renew. Revitalize in Duluth, June 12-13. As a co-host with the Minnesota Department of Health, Office of Rural Health and Primary Care and the Minnesota Rural Health Association, the National Rural Health Resource Center is excited to offer an opportunity for rural health professionals, students, and community leaders to expand their knowledge of all things rural in Minnesota and network to share best practices.
The conference features more than 20 interactive sessions: two keynote speakers, two plenary sessions, the Minnesota Rural Health Association Policy Forum, an awards ceremony, and a total of 15 breakout sessions. In addition, continuing education credits have been approved for up to 8.5 units for professionals of American College of Healthcare Executives, Executives of Long Term Services and Support, Medicine (through AAFP), Nursing, and Social Work.
