Description:

Demographic changes over the next decade will transform our economic, technological and political priorities. Are you ready for the changes that will redefine who you serve and how you serve them?  Over the next 20 years, the United States will experience a series of complex demographic shifts that will shape and transform our nation, as well as our businesses, workforce and healthcare delivery. While the number of seniors will double, school enrollments and the labor force will shrink. The number of minorities is booming and shifts in the family structure are creating new pressures. These shifts have the potential to have significant consequences in all aspects of American life and business. Jill will explain these trends and provide you with insight on the critical implications for your healthcare organization. She will help you think strategically about how you can prepare your organization for the coming changes.
