Program Description
Whether you’re actively engaged in executing population health strategy or exploring how population health affects the work you do, join us for a fast-moving buzz session with ACHE colleagues and students.   This innovative session will simultaneously allow you to hear from local experts as well as to experience focused discussions with experts and colleagues.   We’ll clarify tactics and create consensus for change.   Come, connect with your colleagues, and leave informed and energized


This program provides 1.5 qualified ACHE continuing education credit.
